1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the LingoLearno mobile application, website at https://lingolearno.com, and related support services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Riomono, LLC (“Riomono,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The LingoLearno Service

LingoLearno is a language-learning and translation companion designed to help you translate messages, understand suggested wording and corrections, and communicate with more confidence. Translation, correction, voice, camera, and other results are provided for general informational and educational use. They may contain errors and are not a substitute for professional translation, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing results and deciding whether they are appropriate before relying on or sharing them.

3. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live to use the Services. You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not use the Services to violate another person’s rights, submit unlawful or harmful material, attempt to interfere with the Services, reverse engineer or misuse the app, or circumvent access controls or subscription limits.

Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your intended use and you are comfortable doing so. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how data is handled.

4. LingoLearno Pro Subscriptions

LingoLearno Pro is offered through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The current United States offer is $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year. An eligible new subscriber may receive a seven-day trial. Trial eligibility, availability, price, tax, and currency may vary by country, platform, or account and are shown by the applicable store before purchase.

After a trial or paid subscription period ends, the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through the store before the applicable renewal deadline. Apple or Google—not Riomono—processes the payment, controls the store account, and manages the subscription record. Store terms and account settings govern billing, renewal, cancellation, trial conversion, and refunds.

To cancel or manage a subscription, use the Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google Play through the account used for the purchase. Riomono does not control store refund decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the LingoLearno name, logos, app design, software, text, graphics, and other materials provided by Riomono, are owned by or licensed to Riomono and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended personal or internal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Riomono’s materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

6. Your Content

You retain rights you have in text, images, voice input, and other material you submit through the Services. You give Riomono the limited permissions needed to process that material and return the feature you request. We do not claim ownership of your submitted content. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it and for reviewing results before use.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including Apple, Google Play, cloud infrastructure, AI-processing providers, RevenueCat, device speech-recognition services, or other providers. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Riomono is not responsible for third-party services or their availability, content, policies, or decisions.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services, or change features, limits, and availability, at any time. We may update these Terms when our practices, features, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Riomono does not promise that translations, corrections, explanations, voice results, or other outputs will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You use the Services and rely on their outputs at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riomono and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or create risk for users, Riomono, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing-law provisions—will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law gives you non-waivable rights that cannot be changed by agreement.
